We do not verify, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, or quality of any Installer’s services. Any interactions, contracts, or disputes that arise between you and an Installer are strictly between those parties. GutterPro HQ is not a party to those agreements and shall not be held liable for any issues arising from them.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that GutterPro HQ shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Site.
  • Any dealings, communications, or disputes between you and an Installer.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Installer listings or promotional content.
  • Technical problems, outages, or interruptions affecting the Site.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of services from any Installer is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

5. Installer Listings and Content Accuracy

While we strive to maintain a reliable directory, we do not guarantee that the information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date. Installers are solely responsible for ensuring their listings remain accurate and lawful.

We reserve the right to modify, edit, suspend, or remove any Installer listing or content at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or remove any content we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to users.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
